My fitness journey became serious after having my baby in 2022. While I had always gone to the gym on and off, motherhood changed everything. After navigating postpartum struggles, confidence challenges, and adjusting to a new version of myself, fitness became the outlet that helped me feel strong again — physically and mentally.
What started as one gym session turned into a passion and lifestyle. Through years of learning, studying, and applying what works, I discovered that transformation is about more than genetics or appearance — it’s about building confidence, discipline, and resilience.
